Yes, Akiko Jewelry is open and accepting orders 24/7.

IS THERE A DELAY IN SHIPPING?
As long as USPS is active we are able to ship all orders. If for any reason there is a delay we will notify you via email.

Shipping Information:

  • To Recieve by Mother's Day Please Place Your Order By April 21st
  • All items are made to order, therefore all items take up to 8-14 business days to be processed. Once shipped you will receive your tracking number via email.
  • Items normally take 8-12 business days to be delivered after processing for United States and Canada. All other locations can take up to 21 days.
  • Items are shipped via USPS.
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for your tracking number to update. If your tracking states "Pre-Shipment info has been sent to USPS" or "Not Found", please allow the full 72 hours as packages are not initially scanned when they are picked up from our facility.
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays or weather delays.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses or stolen packages. If your item is lost or stolen please contact your local post office.

 

Return Policy:

  • Due to items being custom made ALL SALES ARE FINAL,NO REFUNDS.
  • Please ensure all spelling is correct. We are not responsible for incorrect spelling on any item.
  • Items are custom made and once orders are placed, they CANNOT be changed or cancelled.
  • All prices are displayed in USD Currency.
