Shipping info

Standard Shipping within USA: USPS 3-5 Days

Priority Shipping within USA: USPS 1-3 Days

International Canada Shipping: UPS 3-6 Days

International Shipping everywhere else: USPS 7-21 Days 

*Please note, shipping time does not include production time.

Personalized items are made to order and take approximately 10-14 business days to create. Our turnaround time is only an estimation, as personalized items are handmade to perfection and take time. Production may take slightly longer during busy times (i.e holidays)

Non Personalized items are shipped within 3 business days.

If a non-personalized item was purchased with a personalized item, it will ship together with the personalized item.

Due to our jewelry being custom made, orders cannot be changed once in production. Jewelry usually goes into production within 2 hours.  Click here to see if your order is in production yet. 

If your item has not shipped yet, we can edit your shipping address. Email us at support@akikojewelry.com with your order number and updated address, so we can adjust it for you. If a package has been assigned a tracking number, we are unable to make any adjustments.

In the rare case that your tracking number shows your package has been marked as delivered, but you still have not received it, we ask that you contact the shipping provider for more information. Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping provider, and they will be able to open an investigation to help locate your package.

Akiko Jewelry is not liable for unforeseen issues caused by USPS,UPS,DHL or theft at your destination.

Personalized and discounted items cannot be returned.

Non personalized jewelry in new condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit. Please email us at support@akikojewelry.com with your order number for return instructions.

No, store credit does not expire.
