Shipping info

Standard Shipping within USA: USPS 3-5 Days

Priority Shipping within USA: USPS 1-3 Days

International Canada Shipping: UPS 3-6 Days

International Shipping everywhere else: USPS 7-21 Days

Non Personalized items are shipped within 3-5 business days.

If a non-personalized item was purchased with a personalized item, we reserve the right to ship items separately.

Personalized items are made to order and production can take 2-3 weeks to ship. (excluding weekends and holidays) Our turnaround time is only an estimation, as personalized items are handmade to perfection. Production may take slightly longer during busy times (i.e promotions, sales, holidays)

Due to our jewelry being custom made, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once the order is placed.

We are unable to make any adjustments on your shipping address.

We are located and ship from New York & Nevada.

In the rare case that your tracking number shows your package has been marked as delivered, but you still have not received it, we ask that you contact the shipping provider for more information. Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping provider, and they will be able to open an investigation to help locate your package.

Personalized and discounted items cannot be returned.

Non personalized jewelry in new condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit. Please email us at with your order number for return instructions.

Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

No, store credit does not expire.
